1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LaunchMaster Studio (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NetXSoft ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer and publisher of LaunchMaster Studio.

2 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control.

• Your license covers use on up to 2 devices simultaneously per active subscription.
• The license is for personal or business use by the account holder only. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer access to any third party.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App is prohibited except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

3 Subscription & Payment

Pricing. LaunchMaster Studio is offered as an annual subscription at the price displayed in-app at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region.

Billing. Payments are processed securely via Stripe inside the App. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee.

Renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing cycle at the then-current price. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your renewal date.

Free trial. We offer a 3-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires an active subscription.

Refunds. If the App does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at support@launchmaster.app.

4 Data & Privacy

Local storage. Your App Store Connect API keys, Google Play service account credentials, and all app metadata are stored locally on your device, encrypted using SQLCipher. These credentials are never transmitted to NetXSoft servers.

Account data. We use Supabase solely to manage your account authentication and subscription status. This includes your email address and subscription expiry date. We do not store or have access to your marketplace credentials.

Analytics. The App may collect anonymised usage analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash reports) to help us improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's Developer Policy;
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive app metadata to any app marketplace;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services or third-party APIs;
• Use the App for any purpose that would constitute a violation of a third party's rights.

6 Intellectual Property

LaunchMaster Studio and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to the software, design, user interface, icons, and documentation — are owned by NetXSoft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. Your only right is the limited license described in Section 2.

Content you create using the App (e.g., app descriptions, screenshots) remains your property.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted;
• Results obtained through the App will be accurate or reliable;
• Any defects will be corrected.

Third-party services including Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Developer API are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those services.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NetXSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 3.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 — will remain in effect.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NetXSoft is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
